You can go to any local hardware store, and tell them you want a door with a cat flap, or a small doggie door, and they'll take you to pick out a door, and they'll make one with a flap.
Or you can find someone that's handy with a saw, and ask them if they can make you one. I don't really know much about jigsaws and hacksaws andsuch, but I could easily make one. All you have to do is have the right saw, and measure out the flap you want, but out that part of the door, attatch the flap, whatever it's made out of, and put the hinges on, and you're done. I wouldn't worry about the warrenty, unless you have wild friends, wild parties, enimies who would break down the door, or alot of nice stuff to encourage burglars. lol

No, it wouldn't bother me in the slightest. I would just think either I wouldn't need to put a cat flap in for my cat or if and when I get a cat at least there is a cat flap there already. But, I'm a cat lover and have no objections to them. I would hope the flap was a lockable one, though! Even the fact the previous owner had obviously had pets, that wouldn't put me off, either - after all, it was thier own home and they are fully entitled to keep pets! I can see it may put some people off, but personally, it wouldn't bother me at all.

You can buy a door with a flap but it is easier to just get one installed and it's a lot cheaper. You can get them at Lowes, Home depot, walmart ect. Good luck

I don't know if you have Lowe's hardware stores in the UK, but yesterday I just saw a screen door with a pet door already installed. I think it was around $230.00. I could be wrong on the price. If you don't have them however, I would check your local hardware store, or even ebay. Good luck!
