Is there a NON-ALCOHOLIC drink which looks like beer but DOES NOT taste like it?

Not apple juice, but one that actually DOES LOOK LIKE beer.

Ginger ale looks like champagne.

Apparently non-alcoholic beer doesn't taste nice and also is 0.5% alcoholic.

Question - What's wrong with normal, alcoholic beer?

Answer - It's for actors/actresses to be drinking all day for their pub scenes, and some of them don't like the taste of beer.

If you are just looking for the effect but still drinkable:
cider and gigerale mixed with a bit of cola to brown it up.
root beer mixed with club soda or 7-up to lighten up the darker color. This gives you the best foam with smaller bubbles so it doesn't look so much like soda.
7- up with food coloring, but this stains and is too bubbly, poor foam.
strong iced tea with 7-up added to make color of beer and give it fizz. Be sure to make the tea VERY strong. Some people do not like this either.
My vote for best effect and keeping actors sober: rootbeer mixed with 7-up/ sprite.

Try mixing apple juice with something carbonated like ginger ale or tonic water. Or if it can be alcoholic, try cider beer. It's beer that tastes a lot more apple-y than regular beer. And sometimes you can get it in differnt flavors, like pear, raspberry, etc. Try Woodchuck, Cider jack, or Hornsby.

Hoegaarden is a cloudy white beer. You can approximate the taste and look by mixing up some lemon cordial with water and a dash of fairy liquid, then adding two aspirin. It's non-alcoholic, doesn't taste of beer and looks almost identical to a pint people pay four quid for in thriving metropoli...

A&W makes a cream soda that's a very similar colour to beer, and if poured correctly, it can also get a consistent fizz that looks like the head of beer.

I've played a gag on my parents on a number of occasions by openly drinking several tall glasses of it, then pretending to stumble out to my car, and drive away. :-)

A soft drink made with Brazilian Guaraná really looks like beer but tastes much more better!!!
Try it, if it's available in UK. Coca Cola Company sells it named as Kuat in Brazil and there's another famous called "Guaraná Antarctica".
