my finder nail just turned blkack should i poke a hole in it to release the blood and pressure

NOOOO!

The swelling will dissipate in time. If you poke it, you're begging for an infection.

Gross! Anyway, go see a doctor and/or put some ice on it. Poking holes in your body is generally not a good idea unless you're a doctor or body piercer.

you can but you don't have to. it will heal by it self eventually that nail will fall and a new one will grow in its place. if you don't want to cause your self more pain than your already in don't poke a hole in it.

Go to the Dr and have it lanced!!! Never do these things by your own hand...

i went to the dr. to have that done, but my dad does it himself all the time. just make sure that whatever you are using to do it is sterile. you definitely dont want it to get infected.
