My stomach has been the hardest thing to lose. What is something that will work and show me results???

Aerobics (sports are more fun than treadmills) to lose the fat, and sit-ups to firm it up.

Do a combination of three every day or alternating everyday
1. Cardio/Aerobic
2. Weight Lifting
3. Toning and Ab Work Out

Also eating a better meal plan. You want to loose weight so it is essential to handle that other wise all that bulky muscle will be hidden under a layer of fat.
Now Im not that big into fad diets, but alot of weigh tlifters have done the slim fast plan for a short period of time, just to get rid of the fat, so they can start adding on the muscle. I'll research that a little more though.
Any way chekc out this website for some good ab work outs and meal plans to follow

the stomache is the hardest to lose. i have the same problem
although whats worked for me is pilates. It concentrate on the stomache area alone and its good if you have lower back problems; the streching helps aleiviate the pain.
crunches are the old adage, but i think pilates are more fun.

im off to 120 sit ups everyday
