Can someone tell me if there are any second-hand sales or auction rooms in or around London? I'm looking for a second-hand DV camera (preferably a Canon XL1). I've seen some on eBay but I would find easier to attend a sale or auction.
If you know of a place or an address, I would be very grateful!

If I were you, get a canon gl2. yeah, i know, you cant change the lens, but its got a 20x fluorite lens anyways, and besides, lenses cost a LOT of money. Also, its newer, has better quality, and is cheaper. I think getting something on eBay would be easier than trying to find a used xl1 or gl2 at an auction (or even finding auctions in the first place). I was reluctant to use it at first, but its actually really easy and fast, and it has a bigger selection than whatever auction you could find. Also, adorama.com and bhphoto.com also have used departments (i saw an xl1 on adorama for $1660, with lens). Adorama's used department tends to be cheaper than b&h's.
