I'm hosting a girl's night party and some of the guests aren't drinkers, so I need a couple recipes for things like virgin martini, pina colada, shirley temple, etc.

Mix cranberry juice with a bit of fresh squeezed lime juice. Pour into tall glass with some crushed ice & finish with a touch of sparkling water. Garnish with a lime slice or a rim of sugar.

Make mojitos without the rum. Crush lemon and/or lime slices with mint leaves with a muddler. Add sparkling water & simple syrup to taste.

Put some ice in a glass & pour some (1 tblsp.) grenadine syrup over it. Fill glass 3/4 of the way with sweet grapefruit juice & a splash of sparkling water.

You can have a mock champagne bar! get sparkling grape juice or cider, fun mixers (juicy juice has mango flavor now!) and fun garnishes and serve them in sexy glasses rimmed with raw sugar. everyone can make their own drink or someone could play bartender!

you can make any of the 'slushee' type drinks like margaritas or daquiris by just using a bottled mixer, ice, and club soda instead of alcohol. run it through the blender and enjoy. the club soda gives it a little sparkle and sour flavor that mimics the 'bite' of alcohol.
