Yoga slowly stretches your body aspects to construct flexibility and muscle. You do an workout in consumer-friendly words on your modern ability on the time. If it makes you sore you're pushing too not hassle-free. It tones you throughout and is fresh and relaxing. it really is a great time to meditate on issues in our life too.

I took classes a few years ago and loved it. It is definitely great for stress relief. You won't get that much of a workout or anything but it does help with flexibility.

It's fantastic (I do Ashtanga) but be prepared for a lot of effort. There are no immediate results (size wise) but the mental results should show through in about 2 weeks. Good luck.

I tried it a couple of times but I found that it was a bit too relaxing and that after it all I wanted to do was sleep!

It is good for stretching those muscles though.
