The only things that increases with the age of parents at birth are very visible congenital defects, such as trisomy 21.

Your risks of pre-menopausal breast cancer vary importantly if you have a family history of breast cancer that can involve known mutations such as BRCA-1 or BRCA-2.

A dramatic increase is also observed (and this is new research coming from my institute, that I don't think has been published yet) if a girl has had thoracic radiography before puberty.

As i know the risk of having breast cancer pre or post menopause increase if their parents or grandparents had a breast cancer, no relation with their parents age when they were born
