Question about anti filter?

i am looking for software like cproxy,onspeed for breaking the filter!
cproxy i a good program but most of time is shows me is too connection error.
onspeed is not free and also have no any good crack. i used to use JAP but it is filter also!
well! i am waiting for your answer!

If it is NOT your filter, dont try to break through it.
If it is your filter, adjust it.
