No, they use the same one as is on your provisional licence. If you had a bad picture day, you're stuck with it! Sorry!
I'm not photogenic in the slightest, so every pic of me is bad!

no.when i applied for my licence i sent a new picture as my provisional licence pic was 4 years old.but they still used the old photo

no i dont think they will ask for a new photo after passing ur test

I like how my DMV does it. When you have your photo taken, they have a screen facing you with the photo and ask if you like it or want another taken.

No. You can either send it off yourself to get it upgraded or they will do it for you if you want.
