The three lions are english. The english and Irish breakfasts are similar not entirely the same. Mainly due to similar agricultural produce and tastes.

3 lions comes from the english crest, (one either side of the sheild one ontop) and A Full English breakfast, or fry-up, is a traditional breakfast meal that originated in England and is popular throughout the United Kingdom.

No. They stole the Irish breakfast from England.We only stole three penguins from them.
