To go by bus will take you approximately 1 hour, but could be longer depending on traffic. If you go by taxi or your own car, it should take you at least 15 minutes less! Have fun :)

To the northern-most point of the Dead Sea, about 1 3/4 hours. To get to the area where the hotels are, at least 2 hours. Drive during daylight; the roads are windy and poorly lit at night, but the view is positively STUNNING during the day!
