i want to lose about 10 pounds........in maybe 2 weeks or so..please help me.....i know 100 is not healthy but i want to get that skinny!

It seems you're just another victim of the media. Sure they say "be yourself" but then they blast everyone who is a normal size. Then every other commercial is about food!!! If you don't mind being a victim, then try running everyday, and don't eat anymore than what you do now. Add beans (I have some great recipes), and more vegetables to your meals.

u answered your own question....it is unhealthy....in the end...after high school after college do u want people to remember u as the person who was sickly....watch the hbo show THIN....I used to be anoreix and now i realize that if someone doesn't like the way i look they are not worth my time....the only person u have to worry about i life is yourself and your children the rest are not your worry......be healthy not skinny it is sexier anyway

Seriously, you don't need to loose any weight. 100lbs. at 5 foot 4 is underweight already. You need some help. Therapy perhaps.
