This VERY simple recipe pleased this picky boy when he was little.
1. Line rectangular baking pan with tin foil (for easy clean up).
2. Place about 6-8 pork chops (loin) in pan. Lay them flat do not stack.
3. Use a big jar of favorite BBQ sauce (I like KC Masterpiece or something from Famous Dave's).
4. Pour sauce over chops/loin and be sure to cover the meat with the BBQ sauce. The sauce does not have to be level with the top of the loin chops, but be sure to cover them. Also, put just a few ounces of water in bottle to rinse and pour that onto the meat also. Don't waste BBQ sauce!
5. Place in oven (do not cover pan with lid) for 1 hour at 350º
6. Serve with scalloped potatoes...delicious!
I loved this as a kid, still love it, and have yet to have ANYBODY turn their nose up at it.

Orange-Glazed Roast Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potatoes, Onion, Carrots & apples
Prep 20 min / Marinate 2 hr / Cook 55 min (4 servings)
Lean pork tenderloin pairs well with sweet vegetables such as carrots and sweet potatoes, that are high in fiber and beta-carotene. Onion and apples add vitamin C and folate to the nutritional mix.
Because of the sweet vegetables your picky little boys will love it.
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 pork tenderloin (11/4 pounds)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2-inch pieces
2 medium carrots peeled and cut in 1/2-inch pieces
2 medium apple, cored, peeled, and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp butter
1. In large bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, honey, cumin, cinnamon, and chili powder. Add pork. Turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours, turning pork occasionally.
2. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
3. In very large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Transfer pork from marinade to skillet. Brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Transfer to plate. Clean skillet.
4. Add sweet potatoes, onion, carrots, apple, salt, and white wine to skillet. Place pork on top of vegetables. Brush with marinade. Cover with foil.
5. Roast pork until instant-read meat thermometer inserted in center registers 155 deg F, about 40 minutes.
6. Transfer pork to cutting board. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir butter into vegetables in skillet. Slice pork and serve with vegetables.
Have fun........Enjoy! _;-)

You can try breading them. Dip in flour, then egg/milk mixture then either italian bread crumbs or cracker crumbs. You can season the flour with seasonings of your choice. Brown them in the skillet with olive oil and margarine, then place on cooling racks on cookie sheets and finish baking in over to cook the pork. This prevents them from drying out. My kids love them. I serve with green beans, cheesy potaoes and canned fruit.
