Definitely..walking is great especially in beautiful countryside..swimming is a brilliant form of exercise..I think the most important thing is to do something that you enjoy..Exercise helps the brain to release endorphines, the happy chemical, so what ever you choose you are guarenteed a natural high....Enjoy!!

Yes , it helps reduce stress. Yoga is best . According to me if u r not greedy of anything the stress will go. itz from heart and brain. sleep in the floor , eat less, speak less, help others these thinks reduce stress.

stress is related to the environment you are in. remove the cause and you are De-stressed. i don't think exercise relieves it, but it helps to a certain extent.
