Use a cream concealer that is 2 shades lighter than your skin on just the tattoo, let dry, then use a liquid foundation that matches your skin over that, let dry then set with powder. Try this a few days before the wedding so you can perfect your application.

Dermblend cosmetics do a good job at covering up tattoos and large scars, and once set with powder has decent staying power.

Other brands available are Smart Cover and Covermark (which has a tattoo cover kit. Both can be ordered over the internet.

I think your best bet would be to make an appointment at a makeup counter the day of the wedding. If you don't mind spending the money you could even go beforehand to see how it would turn out. I have heard that MAC cosmetics does a good job at this, but I wouldn't be surprised if any other counter you visit could do the same thing!

A nice long sleeve blouse works great. It still looks nice and your covering your tattoo comfortably. Or if you're wearing a dress, try long sleeves. If you are in the wedding party you can cover it with makup or a wide watch or braclet.
Hope this helps and good luck!

I have a large scar on my leg and I outline it with a lip pencil that is the same color as my skin and then fill the rest with concealer. Leave it set and dry. I rub in a bit of bronzer all over both legs (so they match) and you would never tell it was there unless you already knew.

Just make sure you try it out before the big night!

the best option is to wear a long sleeved shirt, its the least obvious. if you tatoo, don't wear a thin shirt!
