Every time I try to make a thick pizza dough, it falls whiole cooking. Are there any good adjustments I can make?

Try using your usual recipe, but lower the amount of yeast.

I always do mine in a bread machine, and the recipe that comes with it recommends in high heat or altitude, that you should reduce the yeast.
