Lubriderm works well, but more importantly, stay hydrated and exfoliate regularly!

first eat right and drink water... remember it's what goes inside that actually counts... lotions only bring out what's already there.
oil of olay or jerkins... possibly Vaselines lotions will do just the trick.
these are the most reliable lotions in the market in my opinion and you don't have to spend a bundle.
but do improve the diet... more fresh fruits (that stuff sure helps with the skin) and eat those fresh veggies... spinach... avocados.... peaches.... zucchini.... will sure help with all that vitamin E and potassium.
by the way moderate sunlight and exercise sure helps... sweating is another key point in keeping skin fresh and lively.

I like to use Kerri Lotion or a body butter but I would have to say my personal favorite for me and my kids is Aveeno Lotion. All Aveeno products are awesome and do wonders to your skin. I would also suggest drinking lots of water and continue with Aveeno products and I am sure you will notice a change. good luck :)

Mary Kay Visibly Fit Body Lotion
This stuff does miracles. It evens out skin tone, gets rid of liver spots and such, and reduces cellulite. I love it.

well u could use a lotion called keri.it's very good.i wanted to b a model but they said i need 2 have flawless skin and when i started using keri,it helped and now i have de job!

Arbonne Intelligence body lotion. It adjust to all skin types, and makes your skin feel like a babys bottom!! I love that stuff!

If you mean for your face, which I don't think you do, I highly recommend Lab Series Night Recovery Lotion- it's for men, but it's like a miracle cream, I swear. Expensive, but worth it.

you need to exfoliate to even out your skin tone but becareful because it can also dry your skin. you must moistirize always to leave your skin smoother. use scrubs or loofah when taking a bath. always use sunblock when goin out. some use chemicals to even out skin... they use AHA. ask a dermatologist :)

well i use Shea butter it might take a while but it has great results... you can find it at any Bath&Body Works and besides they are having a sell all this month and in February
