there was a man trapped in a house with no windows and doors so he cant get out all he has with him is an orange and a knife how does he get out

If the house has no windows or doors why dosen't he simply walk through the door frame of the missing door or climb out one the holes where the windows should be,
then sit down, peel his orange and eat it,
stand up and shout until he's hoarse ,
then get on the horse and ride away
