I never really did until I started dieting. It made a hugh difference. I lost weight faster, and my skin looks great. I've always had a "severe" dry skin problem and I tried every lotion, oil and treatment known to man but it never really worked until I started drinking water . After about a month of drinking 4 bottled waters a day, my dry skin started to disappear. It's made a big difference for me and I hate to say it but it does work wonders.

The 8 glass thing is half wrong half right. You probably need a little more than 8 glasses a day, but i'd think that most of water we get comes from our food. If you drank that much pure water you would need to go peepee every 1 or 2 hours. Of couse, i hold my pee for about 8 hours when i go too school, so what do i know?

The 8 glasses an afternoon component is usually a advertising technique for bottled water. Assuming your body does desire that a lot water on a daily basis, then you truthfully can extremely devour maximum of that volume merely from the water kept contained in the food you devour. Even sturdy meals include fantastic quantities of water and your body would not care what form the water is presented in. upload in tea, espresso, juice, milk, soda and the majority are extremely ingesting more suitable than 8 glasses of water an afternoon even if or not they in no way easily have a pitcher of common water.

Its actually 8 glasses of liquid a day. It really doesn't have to be water. Keeping hydrated is the important thing. Water is pretty much the main ingredient in just about any liquid out there. Water is the best though.

try to drink 8 oz glass of water each hour and then you will be fine. Drinking one gallon is easy if it is breaken up within an hour or even every two hours of the day. That way if you drink a cup every hour or so you will not feel bloated from all that water. It will feel good and will hydrate your system.

I only drink water and juice, but I do not think I drink that much. I drink more like 3 big glasses depending on the weather. I have enclosed a link to answer any water intake questions.

No but some days I drink only 3 glasses and other days I might drink about 9 so I feel it averages out anyway but as long as you are drinking it daily no matter how much you drink you should be O.K.
