A healthy diet is anything you feel comfortable with. You can eat the food you like as long as you do it in moderation and get plenty of exercise. Everyone is different so it will depend on how active you are and what foods you like to eat.

What I can suggest is IF YOU'RE OVERWEIGHT. You ask your parents to take you see a nutritionist. You're still in the developing stage and all diets aren't healthy especially for a young person as yourself. Visit the nutritionist and he or she will be able to guide you in the right direction with proper eating and excercise for someone like yourself.

Depending on how much weight you want to lose. I'd say cut out the junk food and soda. do at least 30 minutes of cardio per day. it's not fun but you have to do it.
