My ex got digital cable in his name when we moved in together. Kept it even after he moved out (hence the moron part), now for all the sh!t he's done and just because he's a jerk, I've started ordering movies on demand - just because. Here's my dilemma. It's fun, but quite immature. Do I:
A - keep it up and let him worry about it, and deal with it if he finally decides to shut off the account
B - stop ordering movies to p!ss him off and just take advantage of the free cable
C - get the account shut off and restarted in my own name, even though I'd be giving up the free cable

Robbie - he has figured it out - that's the funny part. He mentions it cuz he gets the bill, but does nothing about it! I just wanted to see if I could get him pissed off enough to shut it off himself.

PS - I know what the 'moral' answer is. It was just something fun I thought I'd get opinions on.

The moral thing to do is to shut it off and restart it in your own name but the fun thing to do would to keep it up and let him worry about it. It all depends on you.

You should really do B or C. If he chooses to come after you for $$ you could end up in court. Even if he loses it would be a big hassle for you.
Either keep the cable but stop with the movies or just shut it off and get your own. If you are over him completely then cut off this last tie and get your own cable.

Open your concepts. Snowe does not share McCain's center ideals and Hutchinson would not want the interest (she's suggested she needs the Texas Governor interest.) Palin has been in community and state politics because of the fact that 1992 in community and state places of work from city council to Governor. better, she has been efficient (ending corruption, reducing taxes, and returning "super Oil" revenue to the people.) Neither Obama nor Biden have ANY government adventure. Obama became a "community organizer", served a time era as an Illinois Senator, and served someplace around 147 days interior the Senate until now he left to run for President. the place is the intensity of adventure? As for Joe Biden, he's finished properly in Delaware as a huge fish in a small bowl. His first run for President ended until now the 1st usual whilst he became caught plagiarizing a speech. This 12 months he racked in around 2000 caucus votes in Idaho until now he dropped out of the race. Do you think the country could be careful of the egotistic Biden? As on your very final question, i might have faith the easy public servant Sarah Palin over the self serving Joe Biden any day. Governor Palin will rapidly study what she desires of distant places coverage and can desire to probable prepare each and all of the others (alongside with McCain) a thank you to run a central authority.

I would choose B if he's still paying for the cable. If not I would choose C because it's the mature thing to do and also he could take you to court and make you pay all the cable bills since he's moved out if he so chooses.

Wow, you are so bad.
Anyway, you made your point. You got a little come-upmanship on him. You will cause him a little pain.
Then...now...it's time to move on. I would go with 3, get it shut off and get your own. Sooner or later he will figure it all out and then the troubles will begin. You don't deserve that.

i'd go with b. since the account is in his name i think he has to call to shut it off and should of done so when he moved out. my ex stuck me with s bill when i moved out from his house cause i felt bad for just calling to cut stuff off, even though he said was gunna pay for it, of course, he never did.

If you order the movies, he can still take you to small claims court and get you to pay for them, since YOU ordered them.
Stop ordering movies and just enjoy your free cable. Since you didn't order it, he can't make you pay for that.

Sweetie. You need to stop. You are liable for the expenses incurred after he is gone. And he can take you to court to pay the cable company or reimburse him for the expenses in which you incurred.
