I need to know how to lose weight easyly and quickly. Not A LOT of weight but no less than 10 pounds or 6 pounds

look its easy to loose weight. what you want to do is loose FAT. and the best you can do if you excersize and eat perfectly would be to loose fat 1-2 lbs a week thats the way the body will get rid of fat. you need 45 min of a brisk walk first thing in the morning on an empty somach and then you must eat 6- small 200 calorie meats a day every 3 hours. as for goiod food there a many good books as for a quick way its not safe as a women your body must have 1200 calories a day just to maintan healthy life. eat more and you will you gain weight. eat less then your body will store the calories as fat and you will loose weight but it will be from muscle REMEMBER you want to loose fat not muscle. hope this helps.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

There isn't an easy way that is safe. Drink lots of water, reduce sugar consumption, and eat well balanced meals with smaller portions.
