Its hard to tell...if your being really distant lately she may just trying to get in your head to see if your upset about something or hurt and she can help in any way...its also possible that she has other reasons for asking like she thinks your cheating or want another women and hopes that you will admit that to her.

She's probally telling the truth depending on what type of person she is. She wants to feel comfortable and want to feel like yall can talk about anything no matter what the problem is. Still everyone has there secrets you dont have to tell her everything what she dont know wont hurt

Well...maybe she likes that guy and tries to get closer to him...she uses every trick she knows in order to draw the guy nearer and sometimes knowing personal things about each other helps.
