Can I get a rundown of exercise club membership prices?

I'm curious as to what Bally's, Gold's, 24hr, Lifetime and LAFitness might charge.... Thanks in advance.

A couple of years ago when i had a Bally's account it was about 20 a month with an enrollment fee. Th membership was for that gym only though.
