Is the lump where your lymph node is? That could be a sign of infection. Call your doctor's office and talk to a nurse to see what they recommend you do. Take some Tylenol that will help with your fever and aches and pains. If you aren't feeling better go and see the doctor as soon as someone is there to take you. If you are having painful breath with fever it could be bronchitis or pneumonia. I had pneumonia once and felt very much like you are describing. Take some Tylenol, call the doctor's office and get some rest.

The lump is your Lymph node, it is swollen. Sounds like you have the flu or worse. I hate to say it but you need to go to the Doctor or the ER. The lymph node being swollen is a sign that you are really fighting something off.

it is fullyyt attainable, yet not the only clarification (notwithstanding i might surely rule it out with a try for many different reasons). I smoked on and stale for close to fifteen years, yet supply up for the extraordinary time whilst i began out experiencing the precise same indications you're describing, and that i became not pregnant. What I experienced led me to have confidence it became only a loss of oxygen. only one cigarette could make me experience drained to the factor of leaden limbs, make me dizzy and nauseous, supply me a headache...you get the assumption. i'm sorry, yet you will only might desire to offer up or be sick--and additionally you will not discover it extraordinarily complicated if it makes you experience this form. i'm happy you're making plans on quitting, yet do you incredibly desire to experience sick until March expensive? Is it worth it? It sounds like it is inflicting you lots greater rigidity than it is relieving you of. :-)
