you know what ? do you have a build a bear workshop by you ? they are usually located in shopping malls . those clothes they sell for the bears usually fit the chihuahuas and they are relatively inexspensive . Just an option for you cause my friend who owns a chi told me about them too . Just passing it forward . good luck to you and your chi.
