alarm. See this is how i see it. This person has to be insecure with themselves. Should you compromise the promise that you made on account of there ignorance. See we are not married but there is some issues. Am I crazy for sticking to my guns and staying who I am. Some people just can't be true. Should I lose me because they lose them? I dont think so, do you?

I would get out of the relationship. There is a huge risk of spreading disease-- no one is worth my risking my health for them. Not to mention I respect myself too much to settle for that hurtful BS anymore. Too many lies and headgames.

If you've never caught them then how can you be sure they are cheating? If you have proof then there is cause for alarm but suspicions are not. Stick to your guns but a relationship, all relationships are based on trust and talking it out. If you want to stay in that relationship then talk it out with them. Splitting up is the LAST course and a final one at that.

Have you tried sitting down and talking to him about your concerns? if not, talk to him and if he doesn't listen and just keeps doing what he's doing, then you should leave. you deserve to be treated better
