WELL I AM 5'5" (26 THOUGH, BUT IN SHAPE) AND I HAVE A GOOD BMI AND I WEIGH AROUND 135.
HERE IS SOME INFO I FOUND THOUGH.............
*Measuring Overweight and Obesity
Body Mass Index (BMI) is used for defining overweight and obesity and is calculated
from a person’s height and weight. For example a person who is 5'4" tall is overweight
at 146 lbs and is obese at 175 lbs (see table below). Overweight adults have a BMI
between 25.0 and 29.9. Obese adults have a BMI of 30 or higher. In children and
adolescents overweight is defined as a sex- and age specific BMI at or above the 95th
percentile based on US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention revised growth
charts. This definition includes obesity. The CDC website has a page for calculating
BMI for adults (http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/bmi-adult.htm) and for children
(http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/bmi-for-age.htm).
If you are this tall– You are overweight at– You are obese at–
5 ' 0" 128 lbs. 154 lbs.
5 ' 2 " 137 lbs. 164 lbs.
5 ' 4 " 146 lbs. 175 lbs.
5 ' 6 " 155 lbs. 186 lbs.
5 ' 8 " 165 lbs. 197 lbs.
5 ' 10 " 174 lbs. 208 lbs.
6 ' 0 " 185 lbs. 221 lbs.

I weighed 100 pounds when i was 14 yrs old, but I was fairly short, and i had a little bit of tummy fat. You look fine, you don't need to lose any weight. Although what you should be doing is exercising each day, it's really important.

the average wieght and length can be known from the charts made for these aim , you can download these charts from the following link :
http://www.cdc.gov/growthcharts
from this charts you'll find that the average wieght for a 12 years old girl is about : 40 Kg or 90 Ib
now the person can know his body is ideal or not by calculating his Body Mass Index (BMI) from the following equation :
BMI = wieght (Kg) / Stature (cm) / stature (cm) * 10,000
or
BMI = wieght (Ib) / Stature (in)/Stature (in) * 703
the average BMI is between 18 and 25

Here is a simple rule to keep you aware of what you should weigh for your entire life.
5 feet tall==100 pounds
5 pounds for each inch over 5 feet.
So you should be weighing 120 lbs now.
