honey brown with blondish highlights would look great and i would layer it a little around the face

Red hair normally=fair skin...so that's what I am going to base my answer off of...
I would go with a medium brown and some carmel highlights. maybe even keep a little bit of red in there...natural highlights to pull them out to compliment the carmel and brown.

loreal has some really good choices they have the kit with the color and high lights. i would go with butterscotch

a light brown would go nicely with your pale and pinky skin colour. black and blond looks too harsh.
