Is this bad for my health?

If you feel badly about your sexual activity, it is more than likely going to hurt you physically. There is nothing wrong with this activity as long as it doesn't keep you from doing the other things in life that are important to you. If you have taken on responsibilities, such as a job or family, it is important that you go ahead and do what you have promised (knowing it or not) to do.

As far as caffeine. Many people, including myself, consume caffeine containing beverages. 200mg of caffeine compares to 2 cups of high quality drip coffee. That isn't so bad. However, if you take the tablets several times a day, they are going to make you feel horrible in the morning, because caffeine is short acting and people generally go through a daily withdrawal.

I would not worry about the right or wrong of this. Instead, try this: Promise yourself that you will take 1 and 1/2 hours a week and devote it to some exercise. No matter what size and shape you are, as long as you can take a walk, you can get exercise. Exercise releases body chemicals that help us to feel more energetic and satisfied. If you could eventually increase that to three hours a week, I think you would find that you wouldn't need as much sexual activity to satisfy you - but either way, the exercise is good for you.

As far as the headaches, be aware that tylenol causes rebound headaches. That means that if you take tylenol every 6 to 8 hours for 3 or more days, you are promised to have a headache now every time it wears off. Anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen (Advil, MotrinIB) or naproxen sodium(Aleve) are better to take for headaches. If you are able to get exercise and you use ibuprofen or aleve for your headaches, and you STILL have frequent headaches, you should go see a family practitioner. Nobody has to live with headaches indefinately, there is alot that can be done.

If you are used to the effects of caffeine, maybe not. But think for a moment how much you may already have had. A strong coffee - 50 mg. A cola - 30-50 mg. I would take half, then see how it goes from there. Wait at least 4 hours before even considering taking the other half. You may not even need it. Hope this helps.

They say masturbation isnt bad for health, its just that it makes you slightly weaker in the following few hours, as you burn a lot of calories during the "physical exercise".

But mind you, 3 times is way too high, you lose the importance of this activity. It becomes like a drug, and you can rightly be called a "masterbaturholic".
Try to enjoy it, not treat it like something you have to do, then you'll start enjoying it really well.

I don't really think it's bad for your health to masterbate. The caffeine pills are not a very good idea. I would stop taking the pills and cut down to masterbating about 2 times a day.

All the masterbations stuff also depends on how old you are... Spanking it isn't a bad thing, though... don't listen to the uptight nazi's who think it is.

The nasturbating, No. The caffeine, yes. It's too much. Why do you do that, to try to stay awake? It probably gives you a high and then an extreme low hence no energy. Just eat right and exercise and you will feel tons better, without pills.

Well . . . cut it out. Yes it is bad for your health. You answered your own question. cut back on the caffine and the masturbation. Get some excercise and some sunshine. Drink some water. And, yeah, get a hobby.

you are doing it all wrong. You should be taking 3 mg of caffine and masterbating 200 times a day.

its the caffeine. it only give u energy for like 1 hr then u crash. just dont take so much. thats y runners take like caffenine or carbs or w/e b4 they run bcuz it gives them a quick energy boost then after the race they are just extremly tired.
