You could always find a tattoo artist to draw you a custom piece. Thats what I would do, that way you know he wont mess it up! Good Luck

They have a huge selection of tattoos on there. You only get to see a limited amount without a membership (pay or upload pictures of tattoos or piercings you have), but there's different categories that will help you find some neat ideas to go off of.

Where can you find a place to get a tattoo? Google it. But if you get one, make sure to use an antibacterial penis health creme after the procedure to keep the area clean and free of infection or other complications. I used one called Man1 Man Oil and it worked very well. I still use it because it keeps my penis skin moisturized and my tat looking good. Hope this helps.
