You may have to look for:
1-Your glasses are expired.
2-You have a tooth infected.
3-You read too much.
4.-Spend too long in front of the tv.
5.-Read, or watch tv after lunch.

My college years were ruined by migraines. A few years later, a nurse suggested that I could be allergic to cheese, which contains a chemical called tyramine, that appears during the aging process. It is also found in red wine and salami and other foods. I found that this is a fairly common cause, and I wish I had known earlier.

When I feel a migraine coming on I drink a cup of coffee. It does something to the blood vessels.

I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM THESE AS WELL AND WHEN I VISITED MY DOCTOR, HE GAVE ME A PRESCRIPTION TO TRY... IT DOESN'T WORK ANY BETTER REALLY THEN EXCEDRINE. CAFFINE IS ALSO A HELPER AND YOU WILL NOTICE IT AS AN INGREDIANT IN EXCEDRINE. YOU CAN BUY A GENERIC EXCEDRINE AT YOUR LOCAL DRUG STORE, OR I ACTUALLY GET MINE AT MY LOCAL DOLLAR GENERAL.

YOU ALSO MAY GET THEM FROM YOUR EYES TRYING TO HARD TO FOCUS, YOU MAY WAN TO VISIT THE EYE DOCTOR AS WELL IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN THERE IN A WHILE.
