Unlike a land line phone, cell phone locations cannot be immediately traced to an address. So a person has to be conscious enough to tell the operator where they are. They can locate the cell phone by triangulating direction from more than one tower or use an azimuth from one and judge how far away it is from signal strength but that is time consuming and not exact. Perhaps one of those pendants they advertise on TV might be the answer but they probably use cell phone tech too. So they would be limited by the same restrictions. But you could check it out. Probably would be better if Dad had company all the time.

Did you write that song? It is terrible. Why is it in all caps, are you shouting the whole thing? Whatever happened to good songs like "What a friend we have in Jesus" and "By the rivers of Babylon? Christian music these days sucks. It all sounds so contrived and phony. It's just like when Cartman became a Christian rock singer. If you were really filled with Christ's love your music would not be so whack.
