When folding the Texas flag what color goes up red or white

No - but not surprising being as I'm Scottish! But I do have to say that the Americans on the whole are to be admired for their flag flying. Here in the UK - the only flags flying are over government buildings and Royal castles and palaces. Now and again you may see one unfurled for St. George's day - but not often. The flags in Scotland are the Scottish Nationalist mostly where flown by individuals - otherwise it is the Union Jack which is the flag of union between England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland. Not the same thing at all! You should be rightly proud of your flag and your country.

It differs from the American flag folding rules only by the fact that you fold into thirds. The blue union and the star are then divided in half so that you split the star.

The texas flag makes good TP, in which case good TP etiquette is the roll should face out.
