English to Latin translation?

Question

I have been looking at a translation I require for a tattoo (so it must be correct!).

The translation I am looking for is

is my gift from God

I have done some research and come up with

est mei charisma a deus

but i'm not sure about the from (a) or the gift (charisma).

Any help would really be appreciated.

Hi, yes I have been undecided between my and a. Now that I have feedback it does sound presumptous, so I may now go for " a gift from God"

< > is a gift of God to me.

I looked up Ephesians 2:8 in the Latin Bible to check that this was the more appropriate word of the couple I had in mind.
"Charisma" is a Greek word which I think means the kind of gift one has when one is gifted.

Parent to parent: Is it necessary to include "my"? If your daughter is a gift of God, then she will be a gift of God to all around her as well.

XXX meum praemium ex deo est.

This might also work. Donum is a good word for gift, but praemium is also used, and it is more in the sense of a reward, and that seems to be what you want to say. I also used "ex" for from - it does mean that, and also has the meanings "as a result of" and "because of".
