which is healthier cream of wheat or oatmeal? I love texture of cream of wheat but I guess oatmeal doesn't come in powder like that right?? oatmeal is bit too sticky...

You can get oat bran which is whole oatmeal but is ground to a cream of wheat texture. I had this same delema with my children and this was my solution.

Oatmeal because it has more fiber. I too LUV Cream of Wheat.

I personally love cream of sum yung guy...but since married haven't had the chance to sample in long time :( Oh well!
