Being a South African Citizen where AIDS is a real problem, I think I can answer your question. The most common way of being infected with the AIDS virus, is during intercourse. Aids is transferred via bodily fluids, and also blood. Therefore blood transfusions etc with blood that contain the virus, will also infect the receiver of the blood. Kissing/smooching/touching etc, or even using the same toilet facilities as an AIDS infected person/s cannot cause you to be infected. That is a myth. Hope that helped!!

There are little chances, but they are still chances. Remember all it needs is once.

If the man doing the sucking has oral sores or if he swallows and he has gastric ulcers there could be increased chances of transmission. Remember the virus only needs to be in contact with blood or blood products.
There is no proof that the gastric acids do destroy the virus.

There is a low possibility of transmission via oral sex, associated with cuts or sores in the mouth or lips
