I really like Very Very Teriyaki by Soy Vay. It's all natural and preservative free. Soy Vay has about 5 different marinades to choose from. I have found it at my local grocery store in the international isle, so it should be pretty easy for you to find it. I use it on EVERYTHING...fish, burgers, chicken, vegetables...I love this stuff.

Try using equal parts of soy sauce, fresh lemon juice, and honey. Add a dash of ginger, and marinate for about 30 minutes before grilling or broiling. This marinade produces a teryaki salmon fillet you can be proud of.

soysauce, ginger, green onion, sesame oil is my basic marinade. you can add oystersauce expecially strong flavor/ rich fish like sea bass. sometime add chili flakes, crushed peanut in marinade to make little bit more thai like. good luck!
