I've seen women with this, and I just can't do it. Please help describe how it is done.
It is a ponytail, but it looks somewhat loose, with little whisps floating around. It looks casual, but is very hard to pull off.

I have long hair, about 5-6 inches past my sholders. How I do this look is I grab all my hair with my hands in a high pony tail, I take the hair elastic and wrap it around once like a normal pony tail, then I twist it to wrap it around again, but just grab all the hair and smush it into the elastic and leave the elastic so it is holding the hair all messy. It may take a couple practice trys, but you'll get it!

it really isnt that hard actually...you just have to put the hairtie around your hair like you would a ponytail, but the when you are twisting it around a second time, dont let all of the hair go through, keep some in your hand. repeat as many times as it takes for it to be tight on your head. i dont know if it makes any sense...i hope it helps!

put it in a pony whens its wet then let it air dry or you can even blow dry it while its in just do it on low

you have to have REALLY silky hair to do it.
