being in love or making love?

Love defined many ways.

Love is fleeting and unreliable.

Consider this:

the "seven year itch." Used because so many marriages fail around 7 years or so.

Biological reason for it. Seven years is around the age that a human child, though still needed adult protection, was able to become a productive member of the tribe.

For millions of years humans were hunter-gatherers. A seven-year-old could assist females in gathering. Having an adult male as part of a "nuclear family" within the tribe not as crucial.

Seems as if humans are hard-wired for temporary "love."

Why fight biology. What with females as fickle as they are and with the increasing self-importance and anti-male attitudes so many of today's females possess it's likely best just to "love 'em and leave 'em."

Just take precautions to ensure the female does not spawn since you will be paying dearly for 18 years (21 if your state forces you to help pay for the kid's college).

Remember, too, that so many females confuse "love" with the amount of money you can fork over. Just look at how the daffy babes go ape over the size of the diamond and how fancy their wedding ceremony is. If the empty-headed ones would only place a minute amount of that concern about ritual and possessions into how they interact with males perhaps "love" would be a more meaningful thing.

Yes, first don't be yourself, I mean not your full self, be more charming, say compliments, take the girl our for dinner, try to be more clean, to wash and shave before you meet her.
Secondly, and this is most important though it is a little unethical, find something she likes and say that you like is also, who knows you might really learn to like it. Then gradually tell the truth.
Third and also important, is chose carefully the person you love because she could be a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Four don't get serious fast, like week you meet, this week you went out on a date, next week you're going to propose. This sort of thing really freaks them out, so be patient.
And last but not least, don't put to much heart in a relationship because there is 50-50% chance it will work and a 75% chance that the person that loves the most gets hurt the most. Try to act least interested, and don't hurry a relationship, remember Rome wasn't built in a day.
