I am looking for a place with warm weather. I would also like the $100,000 to pay for a house and leave enough money start my own business (maybe a bed & breakfast). The whole idea is to get away from the north american day to day grind and have a simple relaxed life.

Move to rural USA like Tennesse or Mississippi, cheap living, mild climate. If you move to another country you'll be giving up lots of the comforts you've grown to love in the good ole' USA.

With only $100,00, you are probably looking at some isolated area where it's very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter, which may very well suit your desires. I'd suggest Eastern Oregon.
