By all means not offense to you when I say that if you are asking the question then you don't have what it takes to be in that relationship. Would I? I am not sure. Before making that decision you have to realize the amount of baggage and situations that will come with the relationship. I do believe that whatever baggage you know of going into a relationship you cannot later condemn or be upset by that behavior later. You know what you are getting into, now make a choice.

My wife and I love to drink. Wine, beer, hard stuff... we love all of it whether we're together or in groups. It seems we communicate better when we've got a light buzz going on.
That said, I would support her if she decided to quit drinking. I would probably drink less if she made this move. I know I could do it because I've already quit smoking for her and I eat healthier foods when she's on a diet.

Yes and no. If she's in recovery, she shouldn't be drinking at all-socially or otherwise. That's not necessarily a bad thing.

Probably not. No offense personally, but I don't want to deal with those kind of problems. Now, if I had been with her before she became a recovering alcoholic, then I might stick with her.
