well... i wouldn't say i'm flat chested, but i'm still insecure about my chest size. wat should i do?

Well I feel ya, I was a a cup as well at age 16 and that is OK. (as i got older and gained more weight they got bigger, when I lost weight they got smaller) Genetics and herditarty have a lot to do with so look at the women on your sides of the family. It also depends on you body structure most women who are petite have smaller breast and its not a bad thing either. Embrace your body and what god gave you, besides most men these day are more in to butts and legs so don't feel so insecure about your breast we all have things we don't like about ourselves and can become our own worst enemy. Hold your head up proud and love you for who you are and what you do have. I'm sure you are a beautiful lady!

An A-cup is a fine size for a 16-year-old. You can always buy a padded push up bra to give the illusion that you have more. You are probably a very small person. I'd bet that you weigh close to 100 pounds and are about 5 foot 6 inches. Do you like proportional? If so, then you're fine.
Big boobs may look good in tight t-shirts or even in swim suits, but they aren't all their cracked up to be. Some people claim that they get in the way.

Keep in mind that no matter what, you are not your bra size. Desirability comes from confidence, not bra size.
If it would make you feel better, there are padded bras that make you a size larger that are very realistic looking and feeling.
An "A" at 16 can be a C-D after you have a baby and yearn to be an A cup again. I know dozens of girls that have resorted to breast reduction surgery to alleviate the pain and back problems from being too top heavy and even C-D cups, well, after you hit your mid 20's gravity will take its toll where A's and B's are still "perky".

When I was younger I was "flat chested" too.. meaning a cup size A. i was insecure too, i wore lined and lightly padded bras... it just got annoying bc when i washed them they got all messed up! when you get older ... you will appreciate them, you can wear cute clothes without a bra if needed... apparently the "not so big" ones are whats hot now lol. besides, your bras are going to cost a lot less, and if you really want to enhance what you already have try the "very sexy pushup bra" with padding... its like a water filled pouch that feels really natural and really really comfortable. its expensive though but if you take care of your bras the right way they will last a really long time...each one is around $40.00. you can get them from Victoria's secret. just try it on and see how you feel in it... good luck :o)

Don't be upset. You're right to think that boys who have no experience are captivated by the large breasted woman. But those men who know understand that the smaller breasted women are so much more excitable, enjoy making out more and are far more sensitive in their breast and nipple area.
Don't worry. Be comfortable with your body. Learn what you enjoy. Then, when you meet the right guy the fireworks will definately explode and you'll both have a great time.

Whatever you do for Godsakes don't get breast implants at your age. Stop worrying over your breast size and don't let some of these sleazy people on the net tell you otherwise. I suspect you are a healthy and smart young lady, be happy with the girl in the mirror.

i dont know is that a guy talk on this is it a problem or not but i think is ok... cause with the age of 16 with cupsA is just a normal thing... you just stay calm because may be after 1-2 years you might get a higher cups... if you are thinking to let it getting bigger size, you can try on drinking milk, having more vegetable and more fruit... it might help

Nothing you can do. There is no pill to make them grow. Just chill out and be glad you have an A cup. Some people don't even have that.

All types of men, who like all types of breast sizes. Personally I'm a small chest man, I find large breasts very unattractive, especially if they've been enlarged.
