Being 40 is pretty cool - I still like unsuitable music (and am in no way stuck in the music of my teens!), I still have fun, but now I have more money and some of the stupider things I used to do aren't so attractive to me. I'm pretty fit and healthy but find at this time of year (winter in the UK) my joints are a bit crap. Oh, and I sleep less - about 6hrs a night. Don't know if that's age or just me though.

Have fun - 'cos the other way of looking at it is, you're another year nearer to death!

I'm 40-it doesn't hurt. The world doesn't end on your 40th birthday but you do start to feel a few aches and pains that weren't there before.
