well you already answer ur own question! u neet to go to that school so that means doing good in school right now is a priority for u. hanging out with friends is also possible, just do ur work and separate things in ur life. there's always a little time for everything. but ur future will always be there, that doesnt apply for friends. if they are really ur friends they will understand that ur having a tough time doing things with them

What's more important? Possibly learning to ask questions in a meaningful fashion, so you can organize your thoughts and do well in school. As I understand it, the problem is you don't want to flunk out because you like being in school so you can hang out with your friends. But hanging out with your friends takes up so much of your time that you are beginning to worry about flunking out of school.
Good morning, welcome to the world of choices. Compromises. Balancing one desire against another. Obviously, in this case you can do both if you budget your time. Or hang out with your friends over your homework, and actually get the work done. Quiz each other on the facts for the upcoming test, that kind of thing.
When I was in college, one of my great delights was hanging out at Mark's Coffee House, nominally doing my homework but available to visit with friends. Like as not they would come over, see what book I had open, and go to discussing that topic. It actually helped me, much of the time. Anyway, when they wandered off, I'd do a little more until someone else stopped by. It was great.
I think they closed Mark's Coffee House, though.

Tiffany,
I'm not sure what your question is . . . .Should you pass your classes? Yes! Should you hang out with your friend? Yes! The better question is "What are your priorities?" You alone have to choose what is important to you. If culinary school is important, then you need to do whatever protects that priority. If watching TV, computer, or video games, . . . or even socializing might keep you from passing classes to get into the school, then you need to make intentional choices to insure you study to learn what you need to.
Do you need to dump your friend? Doubtful. Do you need to schedule study time? tutor time? very possibly!
I hope this helps. Good luck!

I would say go to spelling school first. It's culinary.
Friends are important, so is school. Can you study together?
