I would choose number one.
Too many jobs are being outsourced to
other countries, and many in the United States
have lost their job for this reason.
Let's support the citizens of our own country first.

It depends on the item. So items are better made in other countries. Such as an American Flag. I would buy the one made in the USA, although many American Flags aren't even made in the United States.

Personally, I'd purchase the first one "Made in USA". So much of the work for USA products is contracted out to overseas workers. We need to send a message - LOUD AND CLEAR - we support our own first.

Whatever I'm truly going to be happy with purchasing along with meeting my budget. But of course I would love to purchase only from the USA but sometimes it's very competitive depending on what I'm purchasing.

Made in USA because it wouldn't come from a sweatshop and I could feel good about my purchase. China does not have the labor laws that we do here in the US.

I would buy the Made in USA one (assuming the store was in America).
But ordinarily I don't notice that kind of thing. I'd just see the item and if I liked it I'd buy it.

Of course the #1.
Because it's always been not just a notification or a claim, but a warranty, a sign of excellent quality and a reason for pride.

I would by the US product. Our trade deficit is already way out of control, so why contribute to the problem?
