You will need at least 72, placed in a long sock, knotted at the end and then swung around about your head at an increasing speed ... then hit your victim hard over his head! That should do the trick.
I could never do this as I would eat all the wine gums.

My brother-in-law was killed in 1956 by wine gums. However they were still in the packet, this is very important.
I believe they need to be thrown at a speed of at least 32MPH from a minimum distance of 0.35km if you are trying for a fatality.

You can't die from Wine gums, after about 30 you get so drunk you pass out before you can consume a lethal dose.
I'm amazed they're still allowed to sell them.

for all of you out there who don't know, wine gums are candy manufactured from animal gelatin, obtained from rendering of bones, mixed with sweeteners , flavourings and colourings.
