Lymph nodes have a specific areas that they are located in in the body. People dont grow extra ones.
They just become enlarged. Fortunately there are no lymph nodes in the labia so its not possibnle to grow ones there. if you feel something most possibly its a wart or just an internal bruising.
An OB/GYN would staighten this out in a minute or two.

Lymph nodes are located in specific parts of your body. They do not normally spread. There are two lymph nodes near your labia, but if something is growing on the labia, it is not a lymph node.

Absolutely not. Lymph nodes grow in predetermined parts of the body that can be Googled. They are areas in which white blood cells collect and manage the immune system. You cannot grow lymph nodes in random spots any more than you could grow an arm out of your eye.

no. Lymph nodes grow in the same places for every person. People do not get extras.
