Dermal fillers or does nothing work? or do you look artificial with these fillers. Anyone have a good solution that looks great?

Your best bet is to go to a doctor and get a consultation. There are several types of fillers available depending on how deep your lines are. Most often they use restalane (sp?). If you doctor is good, they can look pretty good. Sometimes, they excise them with surgery. Sometimes you need a face lift. Many plastic surgeon have websites that explain all of these treatments.
